We begin the journey with a 30-minute discovery call, and then we collaborate to build the solution and get you healthy.

While Getting Started and Throughout the Journey You Can Expect:

• Personal and Caring Dialogue

• Recommendations for Diagnostic Testing, such as Blood, Tissue, Urine, Saliva and Hair Sampling

• Assessment of Health Status and Progress toward Your Goals

 

4 Coaching Packages Are Offered

Each Package includes monthly 50-minute sessions with a personal coach to discuss your progress, answer questions and discuss recommendations. In addition, you will receive invitations toward regularly scheduled special events, recipes, literature and more!

Preferred Package

This is good for those who know they have long-term health conditions and will need the support of the team on an ongoing basis.

12 sessions, scheduled monthly, over the period of one year

 

Basic Plus Package

This is good for those who know they may need a little more support and want to fully commit to the health journey.

6 sessions, scheduled monthly, over the period of 6 months

 

Basic Package

Unsure about the journey? We guide and support you with direction and numerous handouts. 

3 sessions, scheduled monthly, over the period of 3 months

Child Package

This package is offered for those under age 12.

10 sessions, scheduled monthly, over the period of 10 months

 

Our Coaching is led by founder Jane Martin. Our team of certified health coaches specialize in Root Cause Nutrition through nutritional counseling.  You can expect encouragement, guidance, accountability and appropriate nutritional supplements direct from LifeNet & PurOasis Supplements which is located on site.  Since most of the program occurs outside of our sessions, your results and success are really up to you, but you can do it!  We guide and support you with direction and handouts.
