What does Health 4 Hope have to offer?

Great question. We provide individualized health coaching, lymphatic drainage massage, craniosacral facial therapy, Bemer therapy, massage therapy, and foot detoxing. As a growing business we hope to add even more services in the future. That’s where our customers come in, we are always open to ideas!

 

Can I make an appointment?

This seems like a simple answer, but in short, we do things a little differently here. Before we have you just come in and meet with a health coach, we arrange a FREE Discovery Call that takes 30 minutes of your time. This helps us understand what you’re looking for in a program and gives us the opportunity to explain how the program will benefit you.  You can briefly describe any health concerns that you are experiencing, and the health coach can offer suggestions on what testing you may need to help get to the root cause.  They will also explain the various tests we have to offer, as well as associated costs.  Simply call the front desk and she will schedule the phone appointment for you.

 

Do I have to come into the office for my appointment?

Absolutely not. Here at Health 4 Hope, we try to understand the needs of all our customers. We offer in-person, video, and telephone conferencing, all for your convenience.

 

I just have a few questions, is Jane available to Talk?

During the week our health coaches have busy schedules. However, Jane, our owner, strives to be there for our customers. Jane is accessible as time allows. Also, by following our social media pages, you will see updates about when she is working in the LifeNet Supplements store. This gives those unable to complete a program a chance to still get valuable health coaching advice. Why does Jane do this? Because she loves what she does, and she cares about all our clients and customers.

 

What if I just want to do some testing and not a coaching plan?

Sure! We offer a variety of tests for our customers, from macronutrient testing, saliva testing, blood testing, hormone testing and hair and tissue analysis. Any of these tests can be ordered without participating in a program. Unsure about reading the results? No problem!  We offer one-time office visits to explain in detail what these results mean for you. Just another service we offer to ensure our knowledge is available to everyone that asks for it!

 

Can my doctor complete my bloodwork rather than going to your preferred testing center?

The short answer is yes. The long answer is, we prefer you stick with our selected testing center. Doctors can easily perform blood testing, just as well as the centers. However, some of our testing requires a more in-depth look that many conventional doctors’ offices do not generally test for. This means missing results, or unclear results, which can lead to re-testing and increased costs. We like to avoid that for everyone if we can, which is why our preferred centers are listed on the orders mailed out to you.

  

Do you take insurance?

Many holistic medicine practices will not be covered by insurance, which means you will be facing upfront costs for treatment and for office visits. We understand this is not a small undertaking, but we also provide prompt service and care about your health as much as you do. So, we think we are worth the investment, and your health is too.

 

Do I have to buy supplements from LifeNet?

Part of our program is understanding what your body needs and making sure what we are supplying it with is good for you. Ingredient quality matters, and LifeNet carries all clean ingredients. Outside of the LifeNet Supplement store we can’t guarantee what chemicals or additives are in place of wholefood ingredients. This means supplements can do more harm than good, if not properly researched. We also have the convenience of being in one location:  your appointment and supplement store, all in one place!

 

Do you have evening and Saturday hours?

Currently our health coaching appointments take place Monday-Thursday during daytime hours. As a small business our health coaches work tirelessly throughout the week, so we like to give them a break to spend time with their families. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, but our office staff works to make your appointments as flexible as possible.  Our LifeNet Supplements store has extended hours, which is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Come in for all your shopping needs, and one of our staff will be happy to assist you.

 

Can you send me a catalog?

We understand some of our customers do not have internet access, which means browsing our products isn’t always as easy. Though a catalog is not a current option here, that does not mean it won’t be in the future. Catalog printing, mailing, and distribution is a large cost; one that we can’t undertake currently. However, we do hear you and you can call our office or LifeNet Supplements to find out what we have available for your specific needs. Call in orders are welcome.
